I have got a page with AJAX portfolio with 90+ items. When the page is loaded for the first time, some of the items in the portfolio are not visible properly. If I right click and open firebug or if I resize the window then everything is fine but in normal first view showing incorrectly.
Also, is it possible to change the URL when somebody clicks on any of the portfolio item. For ex.
From http://www.domain.com/page it becomes http://www.domain.com/page#tile-titleThanks in advance for your time.
September 16, 2015 at 1:22 pm #504040Hi WP!
portfolio is loading fine for me and I can’t see any issue. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
I am afraid it won’t be easily done to change URL for any portfolio item.
Regards,
AndySeptember 16, 2015 at 3:38 pm #504206It’s happening on both Chrome and Firefox. Please check the screenshot.
September 17, 2015 at 1:46 pm #504762Hi!
that’s weird. I am checking on Chrome and Firefox and it’s not happening for me. Did you clear browser cache already? Which OS are you using?
Cheers!
AndySeptember 17, 2015 at 3:48 pm #504911Yes, it actually happens on first page load only i.e. when cache is clear.
It’s happening on Windows as well as Mac.
September 17, 2015 at 3:58 pm #504918Hey!
I double checked with the rest of the team and it’s loading fine for us. However, you are using a caching plugin, so go into plugin’s settings and switch off caching. Afterwards deactivate this and all other plugins. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 17, 2015 at 4:07 pm #504936It’s nothing to do with caching plugin, double-checked it. So even if caching plugin is disabled, this still happens.
September 17, 2015 at 4:38 pm #504970Hi!
if we can’t reproduce the issue then we can’t do much. Kriesi confirmed to me right now that it’s working for him as expected.
Cheers!
AndySeptember 22, 2015 at 3:43 pm #507138Hi Andy
I understand that you are not able to reproduce the issue but it’s still happening. As far as I understand, the tiles get resized based on the screen size and probably the browser event for resizing the tiles is working fine for first few rows but for the nth row the data loads after the event, making sense?
Is is possible to fire re-size tile event using javascript after pageload?
Thanks again for your time.
September 23, 2015 at 12:05 pm #507644Hi!
it is important that you do not just disable caching plugin, but go into it’s settings at first to switch off caching. Afterwards disable this, as well as all other plugins and clear browser cache before hard refreshing a few times. Please confirm when you are done and still need help with this issue.
Cheers!
AndySeptember 23, 2015 at 3:32 pm #507896That’s exactly what I did, infact disabled all the plugins and caching at one stage and it was still happening.
September 24, 2015 at 12:23 pm #508326Hey!
can you provide us admin access, so we can take a deeper look? post login details here as private reply.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?Try to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account, because maybe there are some corrupted files.

AndyJune 15, 2018 at 9:33 am #973167Re-opening this thread as it’s happening much more now after the 4.4.1 update. Please check.
As far as I can tell, it’s happening due to incorrect height calculation, html code below:-
<div class=”grid-sort-container isotope no_margin-container with-excerpt-container grid-total-odd grid-col-4 grid-links- isotope_activated” data-portfolio-id=”1″ style=”position: relative; height: 13945.6px; overflow: visible;”>
June 15, 2018 at 11:24 am #973245Hi WP Dev,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 15, 2018 at 5:40 pm #973393Thanks Victoria, found the issue by restoring a recent backup and comparing every plugin. This time it was happening due to lazyload by a caching plugin.
