If you navigate to my private listed URL. You will notice on the home page that I have included a multi-page gravity form with AJAX enabled. I am able to step through all of the prompts however when i press submit I am directed to a blank page. I have enabled the conformation text which should populate upon pressing submit. The problem does not happen when AJAX is turned off. After doing a bunch of research I believe the issue is because jquery request is in the footer. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as a lot of people have asked for a solution however I could not find one from posts a couple years back.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
AndyMay 7, 2016 at 2:55 am #628514I updated the theme and am still having issues with the form loading the confirmation data after pressing submit. I have created a test form that just requires entering a name to submit the form which then leads to a blank page instead of showing the confirmation data.
