Hi, I’m new to slider revolution and have just purchased the premium version. I see there was an Ajax issue recently and wondered if the problem I am having is in anyway related. Can someone help test that it is not just my installation etc that is the issue?
I can import some of the free and premium demo templates but the issue arises when trying to import “Image Hero” and “Not Generic” templates. (I get the error message in the top right for a few seconds and then is goes away). These are not in fact Premium templates so testing them on the free install might reproduce the issue.
I am using latest WP and Enfold and have disabled all plugins.
Can anyone help?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues!
Can you please try switching to a default theme and check if that helps?
If not, please contact Revolution Slider support team.We have corrected the Ajax issue in Enfold 3.8.4 which is the version you are using :)
Cheers!
YigitDecember 20, 2016 at 1:31 am #726377Hi @Yigit,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I changed to Twenty Sixteen and the import worked fine. Does this suggest a conflict with Enfold?
I have deactivated all plugins (other than Akismet, CGC Maintenance Mode Pro and WP Super Cache (switched off at the moment)Regards,
HDecember 20, 2016 at 1:31 pm #726538Update – FIXED. Hi Yigit and others who may read this.
I received an email back from Themepunch support:
“Try increasing the memory in your “wp-config.php” file”, simply add these lines at the end of the wp-config file”:
ini_set('memory_limit', '256M'); ini_set('upload_max_filesize', '128M'); ini_set('post_max_size', '128M'); ini_set('file_uploads', 'On'); ini_set('max_execution_time', '3000'); ini_set('file_uploads', 'On');
Prior to this I still saw ALL green tick boxes showing in the System Requirements panel of the Slider Revolution dashboard which suggested there were no issues with memory etc. Updating the config file has not changed these numbers. The Memory Limit shows 256M, The Upload Max. Filesize still shows 100M and the Max. Post Size shows 100M.
Hope this helps others.
p.s. is there a standard wp-config that you recommend for Enfold installs ?

it depends, but we recommend to use 256MB of php memory limit for Enfold.
Thanks for sharing your solution with us!
