    After the latest update to WordPress 4.6 my site is displaying random characters (’,   and others) on almost all pages

    Hey Mark!

    I have tested the new update and thta has not been reported before.
    Can you please ask your hosting provider to check your web database encoding?
    Issue seems to be there.
