After Woocommerce 3, category and tag links are not working

I am having a problem after updating to WC 3 with category and tag links.

When i clicked the category link before the update, i would see the category page with custom header/description. After the update, when i click a category link, the browser takes me to the product page directly (maybe because i am using only one product at the moment?).

Product Tag links are not working at all and taking me to a 404 page.
