Hi, after I updated Enfold to version 3.3.2 and WP 3.4 the site seems not to recognise the stylesheets, nor can I make any style changes in the Enfold-Child Theme Options. Also, links to all images are broken, even all thumbnails in the Media Gallery.
- I deactivated all plugins, but no change.
- I uploaded a few images in the media gallery, but even those are broken.
- I checked all folder and file permissions and set them to at least 755
- I tried a clean install of WP, Enfold and Enfold-Child and linked the old database to it but same result
Any idea??
Thanks so much in advance for your help!August 25, 2015 at 10:57 am #492778Hi knoche9343,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardAugust 25, 2015 at 11:06 am #492787Hi Rikard, I did this just now with 3.3.2. but same old, same old…
Do you want FTP access, too?

August 26, 2015 at 11:41 am #493450Hi!
did you delete all theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account? Try to flush your permalink settings, go to Settings->Permalinks and just click on “Save changes”.
Regards,
AndyAugust 26, 2015 at 1:57 pm #493550I had renamed the old enfold folder to enfoldOLD, then uploaded the zipped theme folder and unzipped it.
And yes, I had also already changed the permalinks from Post to Default, saved it and changed them back to Post. I did this again just now and now the site seems to be totally broken… :-(

August 27, 2015 at 4:23 am #493886Hi!
I want to login to the site but I think you forgot the actual link to the website. Please check the private field in your first post. You can try to deactivate the plugins, maybe one of those plugins is causing the issue.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 27, 2015 at 8:37 am #493959Yeah, I had done that first thing: disabled all plugins… No change. See below login,
August 28, 2015 at 5:05 am #494610Hi!
Thank you for the link but it’s not working. Is the site down? Please check. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to access the link.
Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 28, 2015 at 5:28 am #494613Hi Ismael. The site is in ‘maintenance mode’. Hence, you must first login as admin before you can see it.See credentials below.
Cheers.August 29, 2015 at 4:34 am #495160Hi,
I’m not sure which theme is your parent or child theme since you have 2 or each, could you try to delete the parent and child you are not using please? Or you can delete all Enfold instances except the child theme you are using and then upload the parent again.
Thanks,
RikardAugust 31, 2015 at 12:22 pm #495742Hi Rikard
Thanks for all your help. However I have meanwhile decided to do a clean install of WP and theme. I had already exported all pages and posts and the Enfold style settings which gave me a headstart … I would have preferred to ‘fix’ the issue (also for future reference) but it’d just taken toolong.
I think the problem had to do with the database more than the theme.
I think you can consider this thread closed, albeit not quite resolved. Thanks again.
