    Hi,

    Issue 1
When I want to edit a page and click on the blue WordPress ‘update’ button, it reappears the current (old) version of the page. Because of this I cannot make any new changes

I have already deactivated all cache plugins, but this had no effect.

    Issue 2
When I want to edit a page in the back office and click on the page, I get a different page each time (always the page ‘chalet’). When I click on previous and click on the same page again, I get to see the correct version.

    Example:
Wordpress backoffice –> click on pages –> click on ‘edit’ under the page ‘Afhaaldienst’ –> page ‘chalet’ appears –> click previous in browser –> click on ‘edit’ under the page ‘Afhaaldienst –> page ‘Afhaaldienst’ appears

    Can you help me, please?

    Thank you!

I’m having the same problem. I can edit a page and hit the Update button, and everything seems life. The content and code all looks correct in the WordPress interface, but an older version of the page appears when it loads into browsers.

I’ve emptied the cache and cookies on the browser side, and I flushed the cache on the managed WordPress settings, but nothing works.

    Please help!

    Hi lesilencedumidi2021,

I see the same thing on my end unfortunately, the two pages in private lead to the same backend, even though they have different IDs. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? If it does, then it’s likely not theme related. Also please try deactivating all plugins, to see what happens then.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi pastoralexs,

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Hi Rikard,

Thank you for the information! My apologies for the delay.

The cause lies with the WPML plugin. It is outdated and needs to be updated manually. Does Enfold come with this plugin or do I need to purchase a separate license for it?

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Jens

    Hi Jens,

Only plugin bundled in Enfold is LayerSlider. If you do not have a license, you would need to purchase WPML license to update it :)
