Im wondering, why I cant see any content on my main page after the update to the new enfold 3

I don’t see any content in your source code. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Create a backup before completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest.
If doing the above two steps does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

Jordan@jordan It happened again, can you take a look at it? I did a restore from a backup and it was good for about a week or two.
