    After update theme to 4.1.2, mobile menu icon disappeared. I disabled all plugins and activate again but nothing.

    Hey DeusDesign,

    If you have any Custom CSS work, or a child theme with a header.php file, you will have to remove that.
    if you do, the menu will get visible.
