    Hi,

    After update to Enfold 4.2.6 today there are some images that do not appear in my homepage, also Element Partner/Logo don´t work. Please, Can somebody help me?

    I just discovered that Element Partner/Logo works in grid mode but not in slide mode (as it was). Images do not appear.

    Hi,
    Yes sure! You can see there is an element logo at the end of homepage but no images.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, is it the Brands section which you are referring to? If so then I can see a grid of 12 images on two rows. So it’s working as a grid but not sliding? If so then please post admin login details in private so that we can test it out.

    Yes it is the brand section, I had to put the grid to not leave it blank. Don´t working as sliding.

    Thanks, that worked. I’m not sure why it’s not working on that page though, you are getting some error messages so I’m guessing some of the content which comes before the logos is causing a conflict. I created a test page (in private) and it’s working as it should there. If you want to dig deeper into this then you could try to remove the content you have above that one by one to see if the problem goes away.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your help. Before consulting you I tried deleting the brand element and putting a new one but it still did not appear…You mean remove all homepage and create new?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. You have some special content on the front page, and I think that is causing a conflict of some sort. If you want to experiment with it a bit, without having to edit your actual home page, then you can enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you can then copy all the shortcode from your front page to a new page.

    I really don´t know about special content, this has not been modified in a long time and there has been no problem until updating the template. There’s something else I can do? I’m not an advanced user.

    If it’s a conflict with the content above, then it will likely not be fixed no. What exactly are you having problems with? We can enable debug mode and copy the page for you if you like.

    Hi,

    Enabling the debug mode will allow you to copy page shortcode. This will not affect anything else on the front end or the traffic to your site.

    1. Enable debug mode
    2. Copy shortcode
    3. Create a new page and paste it below the page content area.

    Hi,

    I have not tried because I do not know how to do it, I’m just an user. Rikard told me that he can help me and do it for me (he has my login credentials).
    I have never consulted anything because the template never failed me before, but now it did that after updating. Also im from Spain, i I do not understand everything exactly and it is even more difficult for me.

    Thanks for the feedback. I tried enabling debug mode but your installation wouldn’t accept the changes under Appearance->Editor. Could you post FTP details in private so that we can add it that way instead please?

    This means there are 13 minor errors and 0 fatal errors.
    Is you shortcode parser set to “Disabled – No checks are done on update” or “Auto Repair Function enabled”?

    Hi,

    Shortcode parser it is not in any of those options, it appears as : “Check enabled on update – Checks the structure only”
    Should I change it?

    Hi,
    “Check enabled on update – Checks the structure only” gives you the report that you now see, this is the safest option, and as you are not having issues with the page and the report has no fatal errors this may be best.
    You can update the page to create a report and then click the button “show parser info” to see the errors, and decide if the errors are actually in your content than in the structure.

    If you want to try the auto repair option, please copy the shortcode above to a plain text editor, like Notepad or Notepad++.
    Not a rich text editor like WordPad or Word.
    So that if something goes wrong you can always go back.
