    After the last update the site rundumyoga.com can no longer be opened with the Avia Layout Editor in the backend. It doesnt stop to load. WP reports a critical error for this page. What to do?

    WordPress-Version 6.1.1
    Aktives Theme: Enfold Child (Version 1.0)
    Aktuelles Plugin: (Version )
    PHP-Version 7.4.32

    Hey SusanneWenke,

    Please post admin WordPress login details in private, and share server error logs with us. You should try to update your PHP version to 8.x as well.

    PHP Version is updated to 8.1. Enfold is updated to 5.4.1

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing error messages coming from the file in private, what happens if you deactivate the plugin in question?

    Hey Rikard,

    I deactivated the wpSEO plugin and Avia Layout Architekt works. I’ve made some changes on the page, saved it and activated the plugin again. Now the page behaves properly.

    I suppose in the case we have nothing more to do?

    But the server error log isn’t empty yet.
    And we have another difficulty on the site https://rundumyoga.com/rys-200-mutistyle-ausbildung/. The page loads very slowly on the frontend.

    Are the server error log and the slow page loading related? Would you please take a look at that as well? Or should I open a new ticket for this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. There are only warnings in your log, no actual errors, so it shouldn’t affect anything.

    If you are experiencing slow load times on a single page only, then it’s likely that it’s related to the content on that particular page. If you should need further help with that, then please open a new thread.
