    Hello,
    since long time I have a good running website with no problems at all. But about 1 or 2 weeks ago I changed some content at my welcome/start page and after I pushed the button ‘update’ almost the whole content disappeared. It was just the header plus one text field still available.
    After that has happened I tried several times to add new content and tried to save it with push ‘update’. And every time when I had done several changes after pushing th button update almost the whole content diappeared again…
    Here is a link who shows you exactly what I did.

    Hi bcit_2017,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi bcit_2017,

    Thanks for giving us admin access and I could replicate the issue.
    The html tags in the Title is breaking the backend, please remove the html tags for example:

    <left align><B>

    Removing it should make it work properly.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,
    I do have an other request.
    Is it possible to have for different pages a different logo? Or is it possible to erase the logo and display any image instead of this at same place where normally a logo will displayed?
    Thanks and best regards
    Rainer

    Hi Rainer,

    Yes, it’s possible, just add this code in your child theme’s functions.php file:

    function av_change_logo_img($img)
    {
        if( is_page(3188)) {
            $img = "http://mywebsite.dev/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/logo.png";
        }

        return $img;
    }

    add_filter('avf_logo','av_change_logo_img');

    Just replace 3188 with the ID of the page you want to use a different logo and replace http://mywebsite.dev/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/logo.png with the URL of the new logo.
    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

    thanks for solving the issue.

    One more thing:
    I’m working with a called revolution slider at my website.
    It worked smoothly but now I changed some format and saved it but now it disappeared at web but at my backend I can still see it.
    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Rainer,

    I believe you can use this code (which is similar to the second code you posted):

    [av_revolutionslider av_uid='' sc_version='1.0' id='1']

    Can you give us the specific page? so we can try to inspect it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
