    Thanks in advance!

    Hey alligatorsnc,

I clicked a few links in your menu but I can’t see anything strange happening. Could you post a screenshot or screencast highlighting the problem please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

I recorded the screen, as you can see it happens on the last click.
    Thanks!

    Regards.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I can’t seem to reproduce that on my end though, I started at Certificazioni, then went to Documentazione, then clicked Azienda but everything is loading as it should. Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser or an incognito/private window?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

usually it’s not about the page, this thing happens randomly all around the website.
I tried right now in Chrome browser and it happened here also.

Can’t understand what can be, because when it happens there’s no Js error or anything.

    Regards

    EDIT: I use Firefox

    Hi alligatorsnc,

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Hi Victoria,

I’m sorry for not replying, I would like to avoid this method because the website online and working.
There’s another way to find out where the issue is?

    Thanks again!

    Hi alligatorsnc,

Normally, this issue is caused by some plugin’s JavaScript and not the theme. Well, you could set up a staging server, a copy of the website and test it there. Is this option more feasible for you?

    Best regards,
    Victoria
