Hi Enfold team,
I’ve an issue on a homepage. I’ve made some changes and in the preview all works fine but if I publish the changes some picture layers disapear. Curious, because before the layers works absolutly fine and I’ve made no changes on the layers.
I’ve emptied the cache
I’ve reloaded the picture
I’ve enabled and disabled all of the pluginsany idea or do you need acess to the backend

Are you using the Layer Slider element? Please provide the page in question so that we can check the issue properly. Screenshots would also be helpful.

Thanks for the video and the link to your site. Your plugin Autoptimize was causing the error, I disabled it and now your “2.0” image shows:

Thank u for your quick response.And as I see now in the Enfold-settings the recommendation is to use WP Super Cache as chaching plugin. In former times the recommendation was Autoptimize. So I use Autoptimize in most of my Enfold based customer pages, should I better change this now everywhere?

Glad that this helped, in some cases Autoptimize works ok, if your client is not having trouble then go ahead and use it, but if you notice trouble in the future try disabling Autoptimize first.
