    Hello,
Following your instructions, I modified the shortcodes.js in order to adjust the height of my color-sections ( https://kriesi.at/support/topic/100-height-color-section-doesnt-fit-the-bottom-of-the-screen-with-sticky-menu/#post-1112301 ). It helped with my initial problem, but now, the accordion tabs element doesn’t seem to work properly : the panel title is showing but the content isn’t displayed on click. As soon as I remove the shortcode.js from my child theme, it works again…
What can I do to make it work ?
    Thanks a lot!

    Hey maxgorelkine,

    Thank you for the update.

The site in the previous thread is on maintenance mode. Where can we see the issue? Please provide the actual link to the page with the accordion element and post the login details in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

… I also noticed that the column links don’t work neither with the shortcode.js integrated in my child theme.

    Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login, it seems you are getting a jQuery error, but I couldn’t investigate further because our login doesn’t seem to have full access. Please update us to admin

    Best regards,
    Mike

Hi Mike, you are right, it’s done!
    Tell me if it helps…

    Hi,
Thank you, I found that you had the “Load jQuery in your footer” option set, I unset it and it solved the jQuery errors you had.
But this didn’t solve your issue, I also tried disabling your child theme shortcode.js and the accordions worked again.
If you replace the Enfold shortcode.js with yours does the accordions still work?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,
Yes, if I replace the enfold parent shortcode.js, it seems to work…
But it’s not ideal since I would need to copy/paste my modification in the shortcodes.js each time I update enfold.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

We can’t find any errors when we reenable the shortcodes.js file in the child theme, so it’s a kind of difficult to debug. Did you modify anything else aside from the suggested modification from the previous thread?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
Well I just put the modification in the parent enfold theme as suggested… it works this way… until the next enfold update! :)
That’s why I was looking for a way to only incorporate the modifications in the child theme…

    Thanks for your help!

I can remove the modifications from the enfold parent folder so you can better see the issue ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

Did you update the theme just recently? If so, then you should probably use the latest version of the shortcodes.js file. Have you done that?

    Best regards,
    Ismael
