    Hi all,

I followed the steps as stated in other topics:

I changed max_input_vars from 500 to 9000 in the .htaccess file
I installed a complete new enfold update
    PHP Version 5.5.25
    WordPress 4.2.2
All plugins are up to date

    Are there another solutions?

    Hi Yigit,
that is what I did….but it does not work.

You can see when you click this link http://www.healthinvestment.nl/info.php

when you scroll down you can see this
    that php_value max_input_vars 9000

Is the 9000 to much? I tried it with 5000 does not work.

    Hope you have a solution!

    Hey!

Please try to switch to a default theme. Delete the menus then switch again to Enfold. Re-create the menu from scratch. Might have to do with a broken or corrupted menu item.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi!

Did you remove all created menus? Please provide a screenshot of the “menu crash”.. Use imgur or dropbox.

    Cheers!

    Hey!

Alright. I think the problem is that the max_input_vars local value in the .htaccess file fails to override the master value of the directive which is set to 1000 by default (check the php info > max_input_vars). Please set the max_input_vars value directly in the php.ini file. If you don’t have access to that file, please contact your hosting provider.

    Regards,
    Ismael
