    Hi,

    I’m developing a new site with Enfold (link in private content) and for some strange reason the Advanced styling isn’t loading. I’ve added login details so you can check. There is no caching plugin and the Performance options are disabled.

    Can you please help?

    Hi Daniel,

    You have 2 Enfold (parent theme) showing in Appearance > Themes, it may be causing the issue.
    Please delete one of the enfold theme.

    Hi @Nikko,

    Thanks for taking a look. I uploaded the other theme (one version older) to check if the problem also occurred there, which it did. I have removed the second theme but the problem is still there.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for doing that, after checking further I found this in enfold.css (generated css):

    .header_color .avia-icon-list .iconlist_icon {
    background-color: qfa9'0+0+0+0-4(;}.header_color .avia-icon-list .iconlist-timeline{border-color:rgba(0,0,0,0.5);}.header_color .iconlist_content{color:#4d4d4d;}.header_color .avia-timeline .milestone_icon{background-color:qfa9'0+0+0+0-4(;
}

    Can you try to switch your php version to 7.1 or 7.2?

    Hi @Nikko,

    I’ve switched to 7.2, no difference yet. 7.1 gives the same result, you can check by uncommenting the first line in the .htaccess file.

    Hi @nikko, the problem was indeed the css you found. In General Styling > Logo Area I used rgba(0,0,0,0.5) as a color and somehow that didn’t convert to nice CSS very well.

    You may close the ticket.
