Dear Enfold-Support-Team,
while working with the Advanced Stylings I got an advice to reload the page – and did it – and from this moment my Advanced Stylings doesn’t apply any more….
I tried following things:
– de-activate all plugins
– delete my imported custom fonts and import them again
– delete all Advanced Stylings and add them again
– change the theme and change it back
Nothing helped…Need help now… Thank you…

nothing specified in the advanced styles settings works. The fonts families and font sizes and everything else. And until the moment I reloaded the advanced styles page everything worked fine!
I sent you the login details with the first post – please try it yourself – nothing works, even if I try to change the color or anything – the site looks horrible now and it is my own site, I need it.

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the same thing on my end as well unfortunately. Please send us FTP login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at the folders which contain the style sheets.

I have already checked the file permissions before opening this post and I checked what happens when I replace my own style.css with an empty style.css – always the same problem. I hope you can find out what the problem/solution is…

Thanks for the update. The problem was that you had added rgba values in some of the theme options:
rgba(255,255,255,0.6)That is not supported unfortunately, it needs to be hex values. I changed the theme options, and the advanced styling is working as it should now. If you need help with custom CSS, then let us know what you need help with.
