Hi,
Found a glitch when trying to add new blog post, when using default editor, it shows up fine. When building with the Enfold Advanced Layout Editor, it seems to ignore all native WordPress controls such as: Post headline, featured image, date, author, share buttons, comments section… completely absent.
Is there a fix for working with the Advanced Layout Editor and not by non friendly code stuff?
Thank you.
Moshe.
Hey mooshonov,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean, but when you use the Layout Builder for posts then your will have to add all content to it manually. If that doesn’t answer you question then please try to explain a bit further.
Best regards,
Rikard
Why that is? And how can you do that? How can you set Post headline, featured image, date, author?
Hi Mike,
You can do with the Layout Builder for most elements you listed. The date and author are not possible at the moment though. A way around this behaviour would be to switch to the default editor and save the post while that is active. That should bring in all the “default” elements.
Best regards,
Rikard
