    Hi there,
    I am having a bit of a strange issue whereby I have text in a 1/2 column for a Woocommerce product which has been set up with the Advance Layout Editor. The text has suddenly started to appear as half the text actually inside a text box element and the rest is outside it and looks like it is in the column body itself. I need to edit the content for this product, but when you click on the text box to edit it, it opens with a completely blank box even though it showed the text present there to begin with before attempting to edit.
    If you then “save” to close the box, it pushes the column to the bottom left (not back on the right where it was) and only retains the text that was present in the text box not the text outside that (previously in the body of the column).
    If you try to open the text box again to edit, you can but again it is totally blank.
    Can any of the Enfold gurus offer a suggestion why this may be happening?
    I have checked other products, but they dont appear to have the same issue.
    I am currently running WP 5.4.1, Enfold 4.7.4 and PHP 7.3 and Woocommerce 4.0.1.

    Also, are we allowed to copy the content to a new produce for testing purposes?

    Hi Craig,

    Thanks for that. I created a test product, please see private. I edited your content a bit as there was markup in there which made no sense, did you copy the text from somewhere maybe? Anyway, the text block is working now. Could you try copying the content of the test product to your actual product please? Your might need to format the h4 elements again as I removed the spans in them for testing purposes.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I don’t think you copied shortcode, but there where ending div elements in your content, but no opening divs. Your content looked something like this:

    This is a paragraph</div>

    Note that the opening div is missing, and that can break the layout builder unfortunately.
