Hi
I see the spinner where the content blocks should be.
I have updated to WordPress 4.2.2
Updated to latest Enfold
Have 4 plugins active and have tried with them all de-activated and it still makes no differenceI have looked at a lot of other threads on this subject and tried some of the suggestions.
Any help greatly appreciated. I have been trying a few days now and need to get the site back to where I can edit it.
May 13, 2015 at 8:23 am #443601Hi brenf15!
Could you try to overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,

The Enfold3 folder that you would have seen is the latest download from Themeforest. I pushed it up via FTP yesterday. Should I delete the other folders?
Would that be the same thing?

May 14, 2015 at 7:52 am #444111Hi!
I’m not sure which version you have active since nothing happens when clicking Theme Details on your installation. /enfold3 is the latest version but I can’t tell if it’s the active theme?

That is another symptom of the problems I am having. The Theme Details doesn’t work when clicked on. The one with the screenshot that has 3.1 on it is the latest and it is active.
Also if you go to edit the frontpage or any page you will see that not only does the advanced layout editor not work but the WordPress SEO by Yoast(I know that there have been issues with Yoast and Enfold before, but deactivating Yoast doesn’t change anything) and Excerpt areas below cannot be expanded or collapsed.
All these issues happened with the update. Maybe a fresh install of wordpress might be needed at this stage as I am running out of time and am coming under pressure from my client to make updates.
Could you take one more look please

May 15, 2015 at 7:34 am #444787Hey!
I think a fresh install of both WordPress and the theme would be a good idea, I run Enfold with Yoast SEO on my local installation and there’s never been a problem with it so far, the standard plugin that is. Something must have been corrupted on your latest update and I’m sure a fresh install will resolve that. Please let us know if you should need any help in the process.
