    Hi,
    I just install the wordpress and the Enfold Theme, and start to customize using the APP demo.
    I made basic all setings, and I put a Contact Form, since then the Advanced Layout Editor is not working.
    I try put on basic editor but dosen’t work, I close every tab, open in other computer and the problem still the same.
    There is no one plug-in in the website.
    I hope I don’t lose all my work.

    Hey Lara,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    We would like to set the builder to debug mode but we couldn’t edit the functions.php file in the Appearance > Editor panel. There’s a php error and the memory limit needs to be increased. Please increase the memory limit to at least 256M then set the builder to debug mode so that we can inspect the shortcodes.

    Hi,

    It’s still the same when we removed the contact form shortcode. The memory limit is still set to 64M. Please ask your hosting provider to increase it.
