    Hi – the Advanced Layout Editor button isn’t working and I can’t add any media to Pages. I’ve checked out plugin-ins and the theme is updated.

    Any help will be appreciated!

    Whta browser are you working on?
    I loaded the web site on Firefox on Mac ( after disabling all the plugins ) and the editor loaded just fine for me.

    I’ve been using Google Chrome on a PC and I also tried it on Safari on my Macbook without success. Are you suggesting I download Firefox on Mac?

    Follow up: I just download Firefox on my Mac, logged in to my wordpress account and the Advanced Editor still doesn’t work. Any other suggestion?

    Hi!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.4.7- kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
