    Hello. We updated our theme to the latest version and noticed that the Advanced Layout Editor isn’t showing up anymore when you click on it. We have tried the following steps to resolve the issue with no success:

    1) Disabled all plugins to see if there are any conflicts
    2) Deleted the theme, re-uploaded it via FTP and reactivated it

    I am providing our login information in the Private Content area. Can you please fix the issue?

    Hi,

    Iam not a Mod, but I had the same problem…

    The solution:

    Go to your backend -> User -> Your Profil -> uncheck the first point: use WYSIWYG-Editor…..

    Then it works.

    I am having same problem but that is not an option under my user profile.

    Any ideas?????

    I see the following in my profile: Visual Editor – Disable the visual editor when writing. That box is already unchecked, so there is nothing for me to uncheck.

    Hi!

    Can you please try logging in with the user you have created for us and check if it works?
    It does work on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field. Please also disable browser extensions/add-ons

    Hi Yigit. Thanks. It appears to be working on pages, but not on posts. Shouldn’t the Advanced Layout Editor work on both pages and posts? Or does it only work on pages?
