    Hi There

    After the update to the new Enfold version, the advanced layout editor isn’t loading anymore (see print screen below).

    Do you know about the issue or how we could resolve it?

    You are currently using Enfold 3.8. Please update the theme to the latest version 3.8.4 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you for your swift reply.

    I have sent you the wrong login, that’s why. Our mistake, we were referring to the domain in the private content and this is the page which is up to date but can’t load layout editor. However, we’ve now also updated the other page.

    For the page below, we still can’t use advanced layout editor. Any solution for this?

    They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.
    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
