    Dear members of the support forum,

    I have 1 specific page which, when trying to edit, keeps displaying a loading symbol.
    I can not edit the page whatsoever. Any other page works fine.

    The page is:

    Kontakt

    I have tried disabling/enabling plugins and also deleting cookies and cache files. No difference.

    Any help will be much appreciated!

    Hey,

    You are currently using an older version of Enfold.

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.5 (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/) and check if that fixes the issue.

    If that doesn’t, please create temporary admin logins and share them with us in the private content field.

    Hello Yigit,

    I updated Enfold to it’s latest version, but the issue persist. I still can’t edit the page “Kontakt” because of this.
    I created a temporary admin login and shared the information with you.

    Hi Maarten,

    No, I didn’t. Updating the theme must have fixed the issue. However, you probably didn’t see it due to caching issue.
