    Hi,
    I tried to put textbook to my site by Advanced Layout Editor. I spotted that I cam’t change text inside. I click on “Click here to add your own text” and on paper with pencil icon. Nothing’s happened.

    Hi SimonPL!

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.3.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If you are, please try de-activating all active plugins and if that too does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

    Hi there,

    thanks for fast reply.

    Unfortunately I have latest version of Enfold (I just bought it) – 3.3.2.

    I deactivated all plugins but it didn’t change anything.

    Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files. Unfortunately there is not much we can do to help without seeing your website live

    At the moment we are developing new website of http://www.extendo.pl. When you click on this link you will be moved to website placed on Microsoft Azure. But, if you will make changes to your local hosts file with:

    OK. Did it.

    Pathetic thing is that this problem you have since year 2013.

    What you need to do is:
    1. Ask your network administrator to increase server memory (more than 128mb)
    2. Delete Enfold theme.
    3. Install Enfold theme once again. (I did it by WordPress theme manager).

    Hi!

    Premium themes like Enfold would require more memory then default themes especially when plugins are installed.
    We are trying to help as much as we can but without seeing websites live, it is more like a shot in the dark for us. As you seen in your other thread, if it is something we can check out even on demo site, we provide a solution. It hurts when you imply that we are not willing to help :)
    Hopefully we can change your mind about our help in future :)

    Dear Yigit,

    you have the same problem with non-working Advanced Layout Editor (ALE) from more than 2 years. And if it is so, you already know the solution which could help me. Why you didn’t tell me to increase a memory usage on server when you know it is what I need to be OK? This is what I can’t understand.

    With my other problems you helped me very well and fast. That is great. I appreciate it. But in this case I was left on my own to bring my website to live. I even was thinking about returning Enfold to themeforest and ask for my money back. Very uncomfortable situation…

    Hopefully we have all problems behind us and now it is going to be only better.
