    We’ve tried updating the theme, updating wordpress, we’ve deactivated all plugins, and we still cannot get the advanced layout editor to work on the pages currently. It shows a spinning wheel and we can’t make any page edits. When we click to default editor, it shows no content at all.

    We are on the current version of wordpress and the latest version of the theme.

    I’m not allowed access due to your Sucuri plugin:

    Sucuri WebSite Firewall – CloudProxy – Access Denied

    Could you disable it please?

    Hi Rikard, Thank you. Sucuri is a separate malware monitoring service, not a plugin. It is not easy to turn on and off. Are you sure you cannot login in anyway? What is the error or problem?

    Please email/CC (Email address hidden if logged out) so I can see when you reply, otherwise I am not notified and it causes a long delay in my ability to reply to you.

    Hi,

    Please have to set the user permission as administrator so we can view the pages as admin and check for the layout editor issue.

    There is no options to CC or provide support via email. Please check your spam folder in case the alert emails are going there if so adding our email to your contact list should help. :)
