When I am in Page/Post editor and click on “Advanced Layout Editor” or “Add Media” nothing happens. Also, when I am in the Enfold Theme Options the “Upload” button does nothing.
So far I have deleted old Enfold theme and uploaded 3.2 through CPanel
Deleted all plug-ins
Tested “Add Media” and “Upload” with Twenty Fourteen theme (it works)
Restarted computerHas anyone encountered this problem after taking the measures above?
Thanks!

Your site does not seem to be loading Enfold for me. You have deleted all plugins?
Let’s try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure all files are updated.
If your still having the same problem then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

July 8, 2015 at 9:48 pm #470553Hi Elliott,
I apologize but I had enabled Twenty Fourteen yesterday and hadn’t switched it back. This was happening before so I had the client send me their Themeforest log-in so I deleted Enfold from CPanel and added the fresh version but am still having the same problem. Files/images upload find with the Twenty Fourteen theme. And yes, I deleted all of my plug-ins.Thank you for your help!

Hmm, not sure what is going on there. Your getting a bunch of 404 not found errors in the dashboard.
It looks like you have Enfold 3.2 installed. Try completely deleting it from your WordPress theme directory via FTP and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest. After doing that you should have 3.2.2 installed.
Check the permissions on the Enfold folder after uploading to make sure they look correct. Also add this to your wp-config.php file.
define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
And let us know when your done.
Best regards,
ElliottJuly 12, 2015 at 6:26 pm #472071Okay thanks, Elliott. I re-downloaded Enfold and am now up to version 3.2.3 with all plug-ins deleted and added this my wp-config.php file:
define( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );
I am still unable to toggle to the Enfold advanced editor and cannot get anything to upload to posts, pages, Enfold admin area or anywhere else. I would really appreciate you guys having a look when you get a chance. My client has been very patient but I would like to have something to show them soon.
Many thanks!

Did the permissions look fine? Send us an FTP login and we’ll take a closer look.

July 14, 2015 at 3:27 pm #473236Hi!
It’s not letting me in. Is the information correct?

July 15, 2015 at 3:47 pm #473798Hey!
Well in your main WordPress installation the permissions look fine, 755 on folders and 644 on files, which should be okay. But in the test sub directory (which is the login you provided for us) most of the files are 777 permissions and the server probably is not liking that.
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory and download + upload a fresh copy via FTP. Check the permissions to see if they are 755 on folders and 644 on files. If they are different then contact your hosting provider and let them know about this to see what they say. Some servers can be configured differently and need a certain permission structure.
Cheers!
