    The Avia Layout Builder is no longer working. When I drag Layout Elements to the page it just freezes. I also cannot insert Content Elements. I am hosted with WP Engine and they spent a lot of time working on it also and said it appears to be a issue with the Enfold theme.

    I’m sorry but you’re using an outdated version of the theme, 3.0. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hello,

    Have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    I have the same problem – uploaded the newest theme via ftp and disabled the their party plugins. Still having the same issues…

    The Advanced Layout Editor is working fine on my end (http://screencast.com/t/G5QFUanK0f3), have you tried it on another computer / browser / network?

    Hi!

    I can reproduce the problem on your site when trying to use the drag and drop feature. Since its not happening on our test or live servers I would guess the problem is caused by an incompatibility with one of your plugins. Since I am not sure which one I would recommend to try and deactivate them temporarily one by one and see if this fixes the issue. If thats not the case please let us know…

    Hey!

    for thousands of other users it’s working fine, so I think there might be some corrupted files. Please delete all Enfold files completely and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Make sure to have a backup.
