    Hi, just downloaded Enfold theme and installed it and then child theme. Started on home page but no text would show in text block so I closed site and reopened and now when I try to edit in advanced editor just get continuous loading image. Can’t do anything. Tried to import Enfold 2017 but don’t think that worked either.
    Please help as I am on a deadline with this site.

    I don’t understand what you mean. I can edit in regular wordpress but not in the advanced editor. I did not get an error message. \

    I deleted enfold theme and deleted enfold child theme and reinstalled them and still when I try to edit in Avia layout editor I get the loading symbol again and cannot do anything. If I need to talk to GoDaddy rep then what do I tell him?

    I deactivated woocommerce plugin and everything started working fine again. I have another enfold site with woocommerce plugin and it works fine.
    I will need woocommerce in this art site. Do you know anything I can do to get the theme and woocommerce to be friends?

    When you check the site would you see why the demo import does not work. I have tried to import Enfold 2017 several times but no luck

    Hi Buddy,

    Thanks for the feedback. The 500 internal server error is very general, that is why I think contacting your hosting provider would be a good idea since they have access to server logs and have more details or the error. I got the error on the Page listing page as well, so I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the theme specifically, I would suggest that there is a configuration which needs to be altered on the server. Could you try contacting GoDaddy with the information in this thread?

    I called GoDaddy and talked with Jake, he check server logs and errors and said he increased (I think) PHP limits. He said that solved problem.
    So I am trying to edit now and if I activate woocommerce I cannot use Avia layout builder. I just get the loader icon spinning around and around.
    We will be selling paintings so we need woocommerce. I am using Enfold theme in https://woodruffway.com and also using woocommerce in that
    site with no problem. I got such good support in woodruffway and it works so good that’s the reason I am using again. Can you help me get this working?

    Hi,

    I am afraid there are not a lot we can do, as the issue seems to be at godaddy.
    Only changing to a different host could prove wrong ( if oyu have also disabled all plugins except woocommerce for the proper testing )

    I don’t have any plugins activated. I have the other enfold theme (https://woodruffway.com) hosted at GoDaddy also and it has woocommerce. What do you think the issue is at GoDaddys. They checked everything today. If there is an issue with them I want to get it straight.
    I bought the theme because of the great support but I don’t feel like I am getting any support just a brush off.

    Can you give us temporary admin access on https://woodruffway.com ? and also ftp access as well so we can try to enable debugging and check what errors are being produced.

    In your reply you said woodruffway.com but that site works great and it also uses woocommerce. bobbrowne.art is the one that is not working with woocommerce. If you activate woocommerce you cannot use the advanced editor.
    If you also need woodruffway.com login info let me know.

    Thank you so much, it is all working fine now. I activated woocommerce and advanced layout editor worked great. I have now activated all plugins and everything is working fine. It seems to load faster also. That’s the kind of support I thought I would get from you all and I really do appreciate it.
