Hello. I am using the enfold multi respond theme and more specifically the start up business demo. I have used this template multiple times with no problem. When i build a specific page after i publish it for the 1st time then i cannot edit it again and after a few hours the published page breaks and looks awful. Here is the link https://b2bgrowthpro.com/?page_id=645
It does not happen in other pages so far. What can i do to fix it? I have just bought a new license and everything i updated.
Thank you for your support.March 31, 2019 at 9:48 pm #1085174Hey 2SPRO,
Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you add any custom html, snippets or scripts in that page? Please make sure that the html tags are closed properly and that the scripts are valid or free from errors.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 1, 2019 at 1:29 pm #1085493Hi Ismael,
No i did not add anything on that page. Furthermore the main menu does not work. I mean when i add a subpage at the menu and i hover my mouse over it does show underneath the subpages. Can someone from support log in and solve these two problems? I am in my service contract duratio. I have provided the private details in my previous post.
Thanks!
April 3, 2019 at 12:32 pm #1086500Why is it taking so long to solve this? We need the site for Business Purposes and cannot wait for 5 days for someone to log in with the credentials and solve this. Imagine that we also have a problem with the main menu at the same theme and we are still waiting for this as well.

April 4, 2019 at 3:07 pm #1087068Hi,
We would like to apologize for the late response.
We are getting this error in the page editor.
admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
The error means that the admin_ajax.php file is not accessible. Please ask your hosting provider if the admin_ajax.php file is being blocked or blacklisted by the mod_sec/mod_security module. Is the site hosted on GoDaddy?
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 4, 2019 at 3:19 pm #1087080Hi Ismael. It is hosted on a server by Tophost a Greek Company. Can this be resolved without contacting the provider? Is it something that can be fixed by you or make sure it does not happen to another page if i duplicate it?
April 4, 2019 at 3:46 pm #1087100Hi,
Unfortunately, this is one of those issues that we will not be able to fix on our end. You need to confirm with your hosting provider why that particular file is not accessible. We know that the file exists, but the server is refusing access to it for some reason.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 4, 2019 at 7:19 pm #1087176I will contact them and come back to you shortly
