I’ve tried looking through all posts and solutions and none seem to be clearly solved, when opening a page to edit the page stays on the circle loading icon and the default or advanced builder won’t load… I’ve disabled all plugins and my client even contacted go daddy for a possible server issue. I just updated to the newest version today hoping that might fix something but nothing has changed. everything is up to date, can someone help with this?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

VictoriaAugust 17, 2020 at 9:52 pm #1238626On which page is that screenshot? when you click on the homepage or any other created page the blocks on the editor will not load. Can you see the full page block editor on your end?
August 17, 2020 at 9:54 pm #1238628I just took a look again, it does seem to show the blocks on pages but only on the newest created pages… older created pages seem to be the problem (Homepage, about, ect) ?

MichaelAugust 18, 2020 at 5:38 pm #1238835Update: The plugin WP All Import Pro was the issue in my case.
Deactivating it “resolved” the issue for now. Contacting them shortly to let them know that the plugin is causing errors in the console.Might help somebody else.

Can you upgrade the account you gave to an administrator? so we can check other things.
I can see this error in the web console:Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked on it and used a Child theme for it.
I’m still inspecting on it and the HTML tags inside text block are causing it not to load.
We ask for more patience as we are still investigating on the issue.Best regards,

I apologize that it has taken long, the problem was Godaddy’s Website firewall blocking the content (screenshot in private content)
Try to whitelist your IP Address as instructed in:
– https://ph.godaddy.com/help/allow-or-block-website-access-27422
– https://ph.godaddy.com/community/SSL-And-Security/Access-Denied-Godaddy-website-firewall/td-p/107063#
