Hi-
I saw some comments about how to fix the spinning wheel for ALB. I saw one response that said it was bad files and we needed to reinstall. Does this mean reinstall the theme through ftp (done that again today)? Reinstall WP (except the wp-content)? My problems happened after the recent WP update.
Thanks for you help.
Hey mclweb,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

Thanks for the help. Turns out to be a problem with WordFence Security Plugin. I get the following message and the spinning ALB.
“Background Request Blocked
A background request to WordPress was just blocked for the URL /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. If this occurred as a result of an intentional action, you may consider whitelisting the request to allow it in the future.”
Then my options are to whitelist or dismiss or close the box. Do I whitelist?

Hi!
Go ahead and whitelist, that is a fake warning.
Thanks a lot for letting us know although and sorry for the trouble…
