    I just purchased the latest enfold theme(version 4.7.6.3 ) and import demo date(Law Demo).
    After installing, the advanced page builder is not working in some demo pages(homepage, about page etc).
    When I open a page, the timer keeps spinning and the builder blocks don’t show up.
    Some pages seem OK (for example FAQ , Get in touch, Our Lawer page ),
    but It’s inconvenient that I can’t edit the home page
    I de-activated all plugins but still the same problem. I also installed “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, but not working.
    Could you please help to solve the problem?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, but I’m still seeing a 403 error on the login page. Are you blocking country IP ranges maybe? If so then please try to turn that off until we have had a chance to look at your site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, the login page is working now. I see that you are getting a 403 error on the WordPress file in private, maybe there’s a security setting on the server or in one of your plugins which is causing that? I would advice to reach out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they can see why the server is not allowing that file to be called on some pages.

    From your tip, I’ve disabled the server’s WAF settings temporary, and now all page builders work.
    I don’t know if this is correct, but I can continue work for the time being, so I will close this case.

    Hi matatabikikaku,

    We’re glad to hear that :)
    Instead of disabling the firewall, you might just need to whitelist your IP or maybe change some settings.
