    Hi,

    I bought the “Easy Social Share Buttons” plugin (bestseller on Themeforest) and when it is enabled ALB for post is not loading.
    Its working for pages though.

    The error appears once following libraries are loaded:
    http://prnt.sc/cc84p1

    Any ideas what might be causing this? I disabled all plugins, but it still doesn’t load… must be something within Enfold.

    Hi axelfx07,

    Not sure if I understood you correctly, the builder doesn’t load even with the plugin you are having problems with deactivated? If so please try referring to this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/

    No, its not loading when plugin is activated. However, only builder for posts is having this issue/

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. I tried logging in but the details are not working, could you check/verify please?

    Please not that the theme cannot be compatible with all plugins out there unfortunately.

    Hi Rikard,

    I fully understand that enfold cannot be compatible with everything and definitely not expecting any kind of complicated fix from you.

    However, ESSB is a bestselling social plugin and their support told me that other Enfold users don’t have this issue.

    It looks like something is wrong with my installation and all I ask is to point me to some direction, so I can work it out with ESSB support.

    It is a very strange issue, because it affects only LB for posts.

    Also one thing I forgot to mention is that if you login with another account (admin role given) LB for posts NOT working even with plugin DISABLED.

    For that matter I did everything from this post: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/

    and even re-uploaded 3.7.1 files, but the issue is still there.

    I fixed admin details, so you can login now.

    Hi,

    Thanks, login is working now. I activated the newest version of the plugin and I see your problem. You are getting some error messages on the edit page when it’s active. Could you try deactivating all other plugins to see if there is a conflicts coming from any of them?

    Builder is not loading with everything (but ESSB) deactivated.

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. It might be that the theme/plugin are not compatible then. Are we allowed to disable plugins for testing purposes?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I deactivated everything and activated the ESSB and I get the same problem. I can see some javascript errors on the edit page but they give no reference. Could you maybe reach out to the plugin authors so see if they know what is going wrong maybe?
