    hi kriesis,
    satisfied customer for over a year now – this is the first time i´m really in need of support..!
    allready read a lot of posts, tried everything from https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly (except complete new theme install) etc. thought i solved it by changing language, it worked for some hours in the english version, bot now again NOT! it seems to mainly occur on my “startseite” – the most important one for a nearly one-pager ;-)
    any ideas!?!

    Hey frisch123,

    Thanks for the login details. I see the same thing on my end, but I’m not seeing any error messages which is kind of strange. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict? If you did it already, do you mind if we try as well?

    even stranger – it is working again, when i switch the language to english (us)…of course you can try disabling the plugins! thx in advance

    hi, again it was not working in any language…but what worked was just duplicating the page and setting the clone as the new startpage. anyway, i would still be quite interested to find out about an explanation for the error. thanks & regards!

    Hi,

    Great, glad you found a solution at least. I’m not sure what could have caused that, but if it’s working now then I would leave it alone for now. We’ll keep this thread open in case you should have any further problems.
