Dear Support,
Something bizarre is happening: on my Macbook Air the Advanced Layout Builder loads fine, but on my Macbook Pro it does not.
I’ve tried on different browsers, with no success. I’ve also tried deactivating plugins and creating a new user, but no luck. Screenshots attached to show you the difference.
Can you help? Any and all suggestion on how best to debug this are welcome.
Thank you.
Cheers,
Tim
Dear Support,
Quick update: it’s now also doing it on my Macbook Air. :-(
Very strange!
I’m running Enfold 3.6 and WordPress 4.5.2 on OS X El Capitan 10.11.5
Thanks again for your help.
Tim
Hi!
can you please go ahead and clear cache, and let us know if that fixes the issue?
Would be also nice to check the following documentation
Let us know if it does help more.
Thanks a lot
Cheers!
Basilis
Hi Basilis,
Thanks for your help. I’ve identified the culprit: it’s the Gravity Forms plugin… and it’s their latest version: Gravity Forms v1.9.19
You might want to have a look at your end.
Thanks,
Tim
Hi Tim,
I’m not sure if I understand you correctly, if there is a conflict with a plugin it should work in any browser? I checked one of your pages and it’s stuck on my end unfortunately. Could you try updating to 3.6.1 to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
Rikard
Dear Rikard,
I updated to Enfold 3.6.1, but no luck. With all plugins activated, the Advanced Layout Builder just spins.
However, if I deactivate the Gravity forms plugin, it works.
Cheers,
Tim
Hi,
So it appears there is a conflict with the Gravity forms plugin. please try to update the plugins if possible or use an alternate plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
Best regards,
Vinay
