    I’ve followed all steps. I FTP the newest theme update into my files. My theme shows that its on the newest version. I’ve also updated my WP to 4.0. I haven’t been able to make any site changes for over 72 hours.

    Have you tried deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    I’ve tried deactivating all plugins as well and it’s still just cycling

    Alright I went back to the theme and now all it’s cycling correctly, I’ll see what plugin is throwing off the layout builder.
