Hello there!
I would like to have a help for this behaviour which is making the creation pages process endless.
ISSUE:
When a element is created and then edited, the attributes for it are not showed. Then, it’s necessary to refresh the page losing previous editing content. Also, when Publish button is clicked, there is an error message with a red bar at the top of the page, without any code “Updating failed.”. And when inspect other similar elements the attributes are hided.e.g.
– It’s added a Color section, then columns inside and then Textblock.
– When Edited the first time is ok.
– When edited second time, the options, attributes to update content or modify some styles are not showing.Hi elitenutrition,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I see, if your staging site does not have the same configuration as your main site then you can use this plugin to migrate those settings: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
