Hi team,
Since the last update (I don’t if that’s from Enfold or WordPress), I can’t switch to Advanced Layout Builder as I also have the classic mode showing up. If I type a title in Advanced Layout Builder, it switch automaticly to Classic Mode. Can you tell me more? Why?
Thank you.
MarkApril 12, 2020 at 8:48 pm #1203153I have this same issue.
In addition, when I try to edit an existing blog post, instead of seeing the Advanced Layout view that I’m used to, there’s a little window with a huge mess of HTML all crammed in there.
I’m panicking a bit.
April 12, 2020 at 8:49 pm #1203154I think it’s a bug from either Enfold/Wordpress. ignoring indeed: I wrote an article, switch to Advanced Layout Builder and lost everything…

April 15, 2020 at 7:21 am #1203866Hi ehquionest,
Sorry for the problem for the late reply. Switching to the Classic Editor has worked for everyone else as far as I know. If you can’t get it to work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,

VictoriaApril 15, 2020 at 4:26 pm #1204027Well thanks, but that’s not ideal. If you do a preview of my last draft “Le détroit de McMurdo”, you will see that it didn’t use/show up with the same design than my other post (image, text, slider header, title… Don’t know what to do…
April 15, 2020 at 5:34 pm #1204069Hi ehquionest,
This is an open bug that the dev team is working on, we are unsure when it will be solved. It’s pretty technical, but basically WordPress doesn’t use the alb template when previewing an unpublished post.
For now, the best solution we can offer is to publish your post and view it, then change the status of it if you don’t want it published.Best regards,
VictoriaApril 15, 2020 at 5:57 pm #1204087Ok, will wait then… FYI the github link is not working for me…

April 18, 2020 at 6:23 pm #1205073Hi ehquionest,
I cannot promise you that the issue will be solved in the next version. I’ll ask our devs to revisit it.
Best regards,
