Hey there,
I have an advanced layerslider on my homepage that’s not working properly. The text transitions work perfectly but the images don’t seem to appear during the slides.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

Where can we see the issue? Please provide the URL of the site and we’ll try to see what’s going on. Make sure that the theme is upgraded to v4.7.2.

Sorry the site is https://delmedical.wpcomstaging.com/ on the home page the slider has an image in the first slide that isn’t showing. I haven’t updated to 4.7.2 yet, so I’m waiting for that update to come through.

Which of the image is not displaying? We can’t really tell by just looking at the slides. The markup looks alright and the blue background image displays just fine. Can we access the dashboard? A screenshot of what’s supposed to display in the slide will help.

IsmaelSorry for the late reply. I was hoping the update would fix the issue as someone had previously said. I’m submitting an image of what the slider looks like in the editor. The image on the right doesn’t show up in the slider on the homepage though if that makes sense.

Thank you for the info.
It was an issue with Jetpack’s lazyload option. The lazyload option disables the source image on page load, but then fails to put it back when the image is finally visible on the view port. We disabled the option temporarily.
