When I add an Advanced Layerslider element to my homepage and I click on it. It says ‘You do not have permission to view this page.’ What do I wrong?

    Hi Bertrie,

Thanks for that. It seems like the LayerSlider is missing from your installation for some reason, could you share FTP login details as well so that we can check if the correct folders and files are there please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Bertrie,

Thanks for that. The LayerSlider folder was not present on the server, so I uploaded it for you, and it’s working as it should now. I can’t see any LayerSliders on your installation though, did you have any before you had this problem?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

No, I didn’t have any sliders before. I didn’t know it was possible to make such a sliders. Unfortunately on all site which I am working on the advanced layerslider does not work or is not present.

So the next question (in order to prevent new topics). When the advanced layerslider is not visible under Multimedia elements what should I do to fix this and then the missing LayerSlider folder too?

    Hi Bertrie,

I’m not sure I understand your last question, but LayerSliders won’t appear under Multimedia. I would suggest that you simply try to create a new slider under LayerSlider in the WordPress menu.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
In my page-editor under Multimedia the is an item called Advanced Layerslider. Now there is also Layerslider Item under Dashboard. How can I organize that the item Layerslider under Dashboard will appear when it’s not there now (because it is not there now on a few sites I work for).

    Hi d4001711,

You have selected to deactivate the LayerSlider in the theme options under Enfold->Layout Builder->Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin. Please activate it there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Dear Rikard, thank you for your assistance! I activated the layout builder again. “Advanced Layer Slider” in Media Elements appeared again, but it seems to be inactive. If I drag the icon from the media media elements tool to the post location it does not work. Probably this is related to the “LayerSlider” in WP Menu is still not present.
When I try “Reset all Options” it warns that all configurations will be reset, so I refused. Beside the “Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin” it says that after reactivation, enfold has to be reinstalled. I fear that I have that I have to set-up all details again from scratch.
Sorry, I am a beginner and creating my first website and struggling at this final phase.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel
