Hi!
I just bought the premium version of the advanced layer slider – but can´t I upgrade the one integrated in the theme?
I have a license key but when I´m trying to add it and register, it wont work.
A popup appears and it says:
“An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. If this error persist, it’s most likely a web server configuration issue. Please contact your web host and ask them to allow external connection to the following domain: repository.kreaturamedia.com. If you need further assistance in resolving this issue, please visit https://layerslider.com/help/”.Any ideas?

Hey Johan,
Thank you for the inquiry.
You have to disable the native layer slider plugin by adjusting the Enfold > Layout Builder > Integrated (Bundled) LayerSlider Plugin settings first, before installing and activating the stand-alone plugin. You should be able to register after that.

I did as you told me – disabled the native plugin (removed but kept the slides), installed the new plugin and tried to enter the license key, but still the same error. What am I missing?Regards Johan

Thank you for your patience, based on the error message: Please contact your web host and ask them to allow external connection to the following domain: repository.kreaturamedia.com. it sounds like your webhost or a plugin is not allowing an external connection to the license server for the LayerSlider.
If you asked your webhost to check already then please follow the instructions and visit https://layerslider.com/help/
Perhaps the LayerSlider team has another way for you to register the plugin.Best regards,
