    The Advanced Layer Slider is not loading on my mobile, its not the button hide slider on mobile – http://i.imgur.com/cY1UBQq.png

    So it must be something else, you have another idea. Have put my login credentials so you can take a look?

    it is showing up fine for me on mobile screen sizes. Please clear browser cache and refresh a few times. Also check on another mobile device.

    Hallo Andy,

    I tried an iPhone 6 with chrome and it is not visible there.
    i also treid a iphone 5s and the samsung all with chrome with all the same result.

    Can you check on a mobiel device and not with mobile screenzises?

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    If that doesn’t help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Have put a new thema with ftp online and put some plugins out, but i need still some plugin to work.

    You are allowed to test with the plugins, by the way it always works properly. Let my now when?

    Hi,

    I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

    Hi,

    so keep your cache plugin deactivated and deactivate all other plugins. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Let us know which plugin is causing any conflict.

    Hi,

    as soon as I deactivate all your plugins I see an error message on your frontpage. It says something’s wrong inside your enfold-child/functions.php on line 162. So remove any custom code you’re using, deactivate all your plugins and make sure no error message is appearing. Also try do use default Enfold version (no child theme).

    Hallo Andy,

    I recommend to you switched the default theme and then it was good.
    Now I have installed a new child theme completely empty but the problem remains.

    Functions.php an empty and an empty style.css and then the problem comes back.
    Any idea what that might be?

    I switched to the default original theme Enfold then everthing is oke with the slider on my mobile iphone 6.

    Hi,

    again: some custom code inside your child theme is causing it. Check which one by removing your custom codes one by one, until you find the one which is causing the problem.

    Hi,

    I checked your child theme’s functions.php and there is lots of custom code inside of it. One is causing the issue. Use a fresh child theme, without any custom code, like here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
    and let us know when you’re ready so we could check it.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late response, the child theme downloaded here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ should be good already as it is, don’t remove any default code that is already written there, style.css shouldn’t be empty since it tells wordpress locate the parent theme.

    It’s not that I do not know how the child theme works.

    The problem is the fact that if I switch to the shield theme then the slider on mobile does not work anymore, and only shows a white surface.

    I have put a new child theme completely empty, and no custom code the fault was there.

    Hello,
    I have created the advanced layer slider, and I am having almost the same issue, It’s not loading on the mobile device however the there is a huge empty space I guess its the space for slider loading there in mobile.

    I haven’t installed any plugin just the contact form 7 is installed.

    @LearnSAP     @splashmediagroup: Please open your own threads/tickets including the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue. And make sure that the theme is upgraded to version 4.6.3.1. We’ll close this thread for now.
