I’ve seen a few threads on this issue, but not a firm solution. Maybe you have one for me.
On at least 2 of my sites, the Advanced Layer Slider will often times (but not always) fail to load its images. The two sites are nothing like each other, with different plugins. Anyway, the text and positioning of where the images should be are okay though.

    – When I log into the website’s dashboard (and do nothing at all) and then view the site again, this usually fixes the probem by itself.
    – I’ve also tried switching the layer slider items back and forth. That fixes the problem for a day or so.
    – I have no caching plugins.
    – I’m on WP 5.3, and Enfold 4.6.3.1
    – My php version is: 7.2.23
    – When debug is on, I get no errors
    – When I toggle SEO Yoast plugin off and on again, this fixes the problem temporarily.

Please see private content for more info. Thank you.

    Hey laptophobo,

I had a look at your site but I couldn’t see the issue, the images were loading fine. Do you have any hints on how we can reproduce the problem? The problem sounds like caching, but if you don’t have any plugins then it’s probably not.

    Best regards,

The problem is somewhat random. You might check again to see if it’s there now. For me, the problem isn’t showing at the moment.

Did you download the screen caputre pdf I supplied in Private that shows the problem?

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I did check the pdf yes. I checked again in Chrome, incognito and normal mode, but I still can’t see any missing images.

    Best regards,

Yup, this is an odd one. Sometimes it shows and sometimes not. But it’s been showing for 2 days now (I check throughout the day) and my last “fix” (which is to disable/enable the Yoast SEO plugin) may have something to do with it. I’ll call this closed for now and report back later if the problem persists.

    Hi,

Ok, thanks for the update. We’ll leave this thread open for now then in case this problem should occur again.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
