    Hi! I’m running Enfold 4.6.3.1, PHP 7.2.24, and WordPress 5.3.2. Everything worked fine before a server migration that included a PHP actualization. I can’t go back to the previous state and I wonder if is a compatibility issue. The webside looks great from the outside, but the advanced editor doesn’t load. I cannot safe, preview of publish anything. All the published portfolio entries, entries and pages work perfectly, but I can’t edit them or create new ones. Any solution? I really need this editor, because the classic one doesn’t fit my needs and I need to edit previous entries.

    We have released Enfold 4.7.2 yesterday. Please update the theme to the latest version – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and let us know if that does not help. You can find change log here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/ :)

    Thanks for answering so fast! I’m trying to update but the theme doesn’t appear in the theme update list! I’ve also tried to update from the enfold menu, but an error message apears.     Hey,

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token then insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    Ok, I’ve generate my new token, I though it means API key. After entering the token I have another error message! You can see it here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=139SiflfeVY11Jo4aGkeximelmPzPtzu2
    The token is accepted, but the webside has problems saving the content, so the code is not safed!

    Hi,

    Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Also, you have a few errors in your custom CSS in Quick CSS field. I was not able to save due to the issue you just mentioned but here is the corrected version of your CSS – https://pastebin.com/HHse33Lv

    I’ve tried de-activating all plugins and I’ve tried to paste this css code in the adicional css space, but it remains the same. I’m honestly not very sure I about WHERE I should paste de code and I don’t want to erase anything important. Anyway, de-activate the plugins isn’t enough to make the theme work apparently.

    Hi! The link that you have send me it’s a “page”, I think that the problem affects specially “portfolio entries” I don’t know why. Here you have an example. Now I do can create a new portfolio entry and publish it if it has no images or media content, but the publishing doesn’t word if I add any media. Also, I cannot edit old content with media. Advanced editor simply doesn’t load or the “publish” botton doesn’t work.
