Hey,
Recently I have encounter an issue where the advanced editor is not loading (continuos spinning circle).
I have send an number of others with the same issue and have tried the fixes they suggest & as outlined here (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/) but to no avail.
It appears it only happens on my home page, but when I set this page as not the home page, that page still has the loading issue.
I have supplied login details for my clients site in the private section, any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
Ollie
June 13, 2017 at 2:42 pm #807481Hey Ollie,
I tried enabling debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ however updating Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor shows a page not found error. Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well? Also, can we try de-activating all active plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,

June 15, 2017 at 11:43 am #808525Hi Ollie,
I tested a page, the Advanced Layout Builder loaded ok, tried to edit an element, it took a while to load, but it did load the preview and with an error in JavaScript. Could you clear you browser cache and test a some more?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 15, 2017 at 11:58 pm #808748Hey Victoria,
I cleared my cache, but before I submitted this bug the advanced editor was loading on other pages but not this one which is set as the homepage:
Online Mortgage Brokers: Mortgages Brokers Wellington & Auckland
It still is not loading?
Cheers,
Ollie
June 19, 2017 at 8:05 pm #809933Hi Ollie,
The Advanced Layout Builder loaded and I was able to make edits. Is it still not working on you side?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 19, 2017 at 11:34 pm #810038Yes it works for me too now!
Thanks a lot for your help Victoria.
Was there a particular bug which was causing the issue?
Cheers,
Ollie
June 20, 2017 at 1:04 am #810075Hi,
I don’t think it’s a bug but probably a server issue, since Yigit did have some issues updating functions.php and that might have been resolved by your host and worked properly this time :)
Best regards,
