    Hi there,

    I have a problem with the advanced editor of your theme enfold. The problem is as follows:

    When I add a new page, the advanced editor is working perfect. As soon as I save the page and after finishing the reload, the Advanced Editor is lost in trying to load the pagecontents (the loading animation image is circling around and around and around and nothing more happens).

    When I try to edit any other existing page, the Advanced Editor is doing the same. It only shows the loading animation but never comes to an end.

    The (probably?) interesting funfact is, that my colleague can still use the Advanced Editor without any problems.

    I tried it on at least 3 browsers and on 5 different computers, but the Advanced Editor will not let me edit any of our pages.

    WordPress is running on the latest available version, all plugins are running on their latest version and I have updated Enfold as well. We do use a childtheme and this has at least some edits on the original files. But I am running the exactly same Theme-files on a test-stage without any errors. On there I can edit any existing article without any problems. The teststage is a 1:1 copy of our live-website, where I checked the updates before I made them available on the live stage as well. So I have no idea, why it is running on the test stage without any problems but it doesn’t load on the live site.

    Then I also added a new user account to see whether it is just my account or any other as well. And the new user could also add a new page, but after the reload the advanced editor stopped working while resting in a loading loop.

    I also checked your instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ (I still have to do test on the plugins – deactivating them all and activating one after the other, but this will have to wait until tonight, when there are less customers on our website). Of course I can re-download the theme as well and make the edits to it. But then the question is why the test stage of our website (the 1:1 copy) is working without any problems and just the live stage isn’t.

    Can you please help us on that?

    So now that our website is not that high on traffic, I could give it a try and deactivate all PlugIns. Re-activated separately it turned out that the Toolset Types PlugIn by OnTheGoSystems has some incompatibility issues with the Advanced Editor of the Enfold Theme. I will now contact OnTheGoSystems about this problem.

    So, finally the Toolset Types plugin was not the real source of this problem. The real problem was that our wordpress was not able to use enough memory, due to system restrictions by our provider. We raised the memory limit in the wp-config and we had to reinstall the themes and plugins after that, and then everything worked out ok again. The advanced editor is working again.
