We reply to all support requests and like I’ve pointed out to you before, you have opened several threads and all of them have been answered by moderators: https://kriesi.at/support/profile/ylwong/topics/. If you need further help on any topic then you will have to let us know that you do, doing nothing and expecting replies will get you nowhere. Opening new threads is counter productive since we don’t have a history of replies for references. So this time, please stick to this thread for any problems concerning this topic.
